The introduction to Court Minutes identified some of the issues associated with the Minute Books held in the Guildhall Library. There are cataloguing and naming discrepancies and also some missing documents. Of particular note on this website presentation is the re-creation of the years between 1839 and 1858 using the Clerk's rough working notes.
In addition and for reasons of clarity, the Minute Book numbering of Books 4 and 5 used on this website has been rationalised from the Library's cataloguing system, to present 11 contiguous volumes, with the dates as indicated on the buttons below.
