The Royal Military School of Music - Silver Medals

A Silver Medal has been awarded annually to a Student Bandmaster of the Royal Military School of Music since 1908. The School occupied Kneller Hall  in Twickenham, which was recognized as the home of Army music from its foundation in 1857, until it moved to HMS Nelson in Portsmouth in August 2021. Originally known as The Military School of Music, it received its Royal title in 1887.
